I got that email too and was trying to decide if I was going to do it. I was wanting a canvas of a pic i have for my own enjoyment but I'd like to "shrink the pic. Is that possible? it's been my one gripe with artscow, to me their editing options have been hard to follow and seem a little limited. I'm not the most computer savvy in the world but I know a little.

I was kind of disappointed in the fact that their software isn't very user-friendly as well. It's also disappointing that they don't allow you to edit the photo... i.e. adjust the color levels, brightness or to crop it in the display. If they allow this, it's not easy. If you load the photo, you can zoom in or zoom out... that should help you. You load the photo into the canvas then click the photo... this will open the photo controls on the right hand side... it allows you to move it up, down, rotate it and zoom. Hope that helps.

I got mine in and I am totally happy with them. I am so glad I did it. 2 were delivered directly and 4 came here. Yippeee! What a great deal that was!
