I'm interested in knowing some of the items included! I ran in to Kroger today for milk, but didn't happen to pass a single item that seemed to be included! I had my 2.5 year old running wild with me so I didn't get to look closely, hopefully someone will post soon!

Thanks! I was rather disappointed in all the more items that the ad shows- I know normally there are a whole lot more sale items than in the ad!

I made a quick run into our store this evening to pick up a few things and check for tags. The only thing I saw included that hasn't been listed here already were Boca burgers. No clue about the price because it didn't interest me.

I thought this time around the mega sale didn't seem really great. I was wondering if I can even find ten items that I want/need to buy.

Do they have these mega sales so we think we're getting a really good deal? I've seen in the past when an item is included in the Mega sale and then a couple weeks later the same item is on sale again at a cheaper price.

I wasn't impressed with this week's mega sale either. 2 of our other stores are doing brand week. And I don't even mess with Walmart. So my couponing will likely see a rest this week.

The new Yoplait Smoothie mixes (freezer section) are on sale for $1.99 after Mega Sale and there was $1 off coupon in the Smart Source on Sun. They'd only be $.99--not bad I suppose. You add milk to make 2 yogurt & fruit smoothies. I didn't see much else on the list. I might get some of the Pepp. Farm garlic bread at $1.99 with the $.40 coupons (doubled to $.80 here). I'm sure I can come up with 10 items, but I'd much rather have the Mega Sales with tons of freebies and overage!!

same here it seems they all know when to do store brand at the same time i dont think i will be doing much couponing either.

There is a $2.00-off-1 bricks printable for Healthy Choice frozen meals. It's on Healthy Choice dot com. Now I just have to find 8 other things that I want to buy ... LOL.

our Kroger (Mid Atlantic Region) had Aunt Jemima frozen pancakes as part of the mega sale. There is a $1/2 coupon from one of the recent inserts (I think it might have been the 10/4 one).
get 2 (.99 after mega sale)- $1/2= .49/box
Also Green giant steamers 1.49 after mega sale, use with .50/1 printables that are out there to get them for .49/bag
Edwards Singles pie 1.49 after mega sale-$1/1 from insert (forgot which one, but it is an older coupon)= .49 each
I also got 2 cartons of Breyers ice cream to get my total to 10 items. $1.99 after mega sale-$1/2 printable =1.49 each

There is also a brand of frozen meatballs that are part of the mega sale. Normally $4.29 but only $1.49 during the mega sale. Pillsbury Savorings and TGI Friday Snacks are also part of the deal!

The TGIF are $3.49 regular price. 10 item bonus makes them $2.99.
There isn't a lot to get at Kroger this week. (Too windy to take cans back!)

They are $1.99 in the Mega Sale, then use a q on top- I had like a dozen $.55 ones but like you was waiting for them to be cheap in case they aren't any good!

There were some $2 off of 4 TGI snacks in the paper not too long ago making them $2.49 a box!

I got 10 Green Giant steamers at $1.99, so $20-$5 for megasaver-(5).40/2Qs doubled=$11 for 10.

just my opinion but I dont really like the mega sales because they dont help if you just want to get a little bit at a time and because it is really frustrating trying to keep a count of the items once I get in the store. I like for the price on the shelf to be the price that it is (minus coupons of course )
