My Rite Aid has Imodium 6ct. for $4.49. This Sunday's Red Plum has a Q for $4/2 Pepcid, Imodium, Rolaids, Mylanta or Lactaid products.

Here's the math:

6 Imodium 6 ct. = $26.94
- $5/$25 RA Q
-3 $4/2 coupons

= $9.92 oop and qualify for the $10 SCR from J&J!
