I went to RA today......plans was to use the Zyrtec $10.00 certificate and the GOS $20.00 with the Zyrtec deal and the Crest whitestrips along with Aveeno deal & few other things.
Plan was set in motion...until I reach the cashier and she was having problems with taking more than the $5.00 limit in IPs (with person 2 ahead of me) I spoke up and said why don't you just call your Corp office they are open or how about your DM. The person behind me was in agreement with the cashiers of ppl fraud and no one should be using the IPs in her opinion.
My hole train of thought process just left me.........
So when it was to check me out....wouldnt you know it I forgot all about my original plan and I paid with my credit card.
I wouldn't be so upset but the Zyrtec EXP 9-30-09. The GOS EXP 2-28-10

The Zyrtec reward can be used on anything at RiteAid not just Zyrtec.
I clipped mine to my Q's so I wouldn't forget it!!!!

I had to do my deals in one transaction b/c with this RA you can only use 1 $5 off $25 Q per customer. (That has been an issue also there)
I tried going back into the store to return and b/c I had used the $5 off $25 and my other q's to put it on the cc.. I could not return items to credit card with overage and I would lose the coupons b/c they are not allow to return them to u because corp said they are already in the system and cannot be given back to customer. Cannot be given cash for a coupon in other words.

Manager said that was what customers that use coupons for their purchases should think about b/c they cannot give you your money credit (back) for them and because I used them I cannot get them back.

This is JUST NOT MY WEEK.....I sure hope you are having a better one at RA..
I went today to use the $10.00 q for items I didn't need at another RA thinking I could'nt just lose it (right)................Well that RA over charge me on a clearance item and I had to take the receipt to MANAGER for a correction of price and was told that b/c I used that coupon that they are not allow to refund money back b/c I used the $10 Zyrtec for my purchase.

So keep that in mind when you use coupons and GC or a rebate voucher at RA. WAS VERFIIED

That is just hogwash. If you buy an item for (just picking numbers) $5.00 and use a Q for $1.00 your refund would still be $5.00. They were paid $4.00 cash/credit/GC and $1.00 coupon. Stand your ground and explain the math to them.
