Does anyone know the email for Rite Aid. I would like to write to Rite Aid expressing my concern about their coupon policy changing daily. Most people at the store are very friendly. The girl that rang me up last time (which is nice) told me that all MF coupons had to be used before I could use the $5 off $25 purchase and when I said "really when did this start" she said the manager just told everyone of the new rule.

The policy was updated recently and should NOT change anymore, since it is very thorough. It is the employees who aren't understanding it correctly, that is the problem now. Ask your manager to print you out the latest policy from the end of September, and read it with him, because he is totally wrong about when to scan that coupon. It specifically says to scan it BEFORE other coupons.

One of the three RAs I've been to in the last 2 weeks did this also - the other two didn't. Wouldn't you know - somehow my total AFTER coupons was 24.97 (before tax) but they used the after tax so they accepted it! The other two trips, my total after coupons was less - so it totally worked out for me this time!
