I called the hwy. 100 (Bellevue) store to confirm. The person I spoke to at the service desk was awesome! She said they hadn't gotten the email from corporate yet, they expected it any time. Said she actually called the hwy. 70 store and posed as a customer to see if they had gotten it and they told her they were still waiting for an email. So, she said "let me ask a cashier if they have noticed if they are tripling" She came back and said she had asked the "wrong person". So she then said she was gonna scan a coupon herself to see. She came back and said "the $1 coupon just stayed the same at $1 but the .75 cent coupon tripled" so she said it should triple to .99 cents face value.

So I would imagine that the usual stores ( near the Harris Teeter stores that are currently tripling) that participate will be doing it.

Please call your Kroger to confirm or get more details!


I will go tomorrow after I get match ups and coupons pulled.

I guess it would depend on how much you have to spend and how many coupons you have... one problem would be the cold stuff..

It would be a 2 hour drive for me and I'd manage w/the cold stuff somehow. but...I'm afraid they'd be depleted by the time I could get there tomorrow. How do the shelves normally look after day 1, 2, 3 and so on??

which is almost always day 2 of the sale. I usually go early that day (I take my son to school and get to the store around 8:30 am) and the Bellevue hwy 100 store is very well stocked. Usually there is one or two things they might be out of and that is it.

When I have gone on Thursday night they are much more depleted on a few things but still not a deal breaker.

Nippers Corner is confirmed. I think they are pretty well stocked at the store in Green Hills when I have gone (all different days).

I went to Bellevue hwy. 100 store. We got there around 6:45 and already the kraft mac and cheese cups were picked over. I love the white cheddar kind but as usual there were only a couple of those left.

I had my son do the first transaction with one of the mega 10 items. I told him to give the checker his kroger card, let her check him out then give the coupons and not to react to the total. I don't know how much it was before q's, he says it was in the $30's but it had to be more because he paid .92 cents and saved 99%. I have never saved that much! His mouth and the cashier's mouth hit the floor.

Then I did my transaction with one of the mega $5 off deals and saved 66% total oop was $24.54 This was the biggest order.

The last transaction I put together and let my son check out while I pulled the car up. When they rang it up the lady in line behind him asked if he was the "coupon king".. and offered him more coupons for.... mac and cheese cups... which of course he took! The third transaction was $3.84 and saved 84%

Which stores in Nashville are tripling? I live about an hour in Ky would it be worth the trip?

Bellevue (hwy 100 and hwy 70) off of I-40 West of downtown. Nippers Corner near Antioch. Green Hills, Belle Meade and Edmonton Pike. I think these are all tripling. You'd have to call though. You can go to Kroger page and search for store using Bellevue, TN. The only ones I have been to are the Bellevue stores. Not sure which ones would be the closer to you. If you have a bunch of coupons and some good match ups it might be worth it. I drive for about 45 minutes to get to Bellevue from the west in Middle Tennessee. I go to the Hwy. 100 store as I love the people there, the store is clean and they also put out a lot of coupons more than my local store does. I have also gone to the hwy. 70 store but it is not my favorite. It is smaller and not as clean etc.

I ran into the store on Franklin Pike in Melrose and they had the poster up for triple coupons. I am going after work!

I live in the Donelson/Hermitage area and our stores never triple coupons to my knowledge; we don't have HT out there.

As far as I have seen, the ecoupons, cellfire etc.. do not triple..

THIS is NOT confirmed but seeing that its always nice to be able to plan. There is a RUMOR that Harris Teeter is going to do SUPER DOUBLES starting 9/30 for 1 week. Krogers near the HT tend to match this promotion also. So, keep an eye out and on the 30th give your Kroger a call and see if they are matching this promotion. Super doubles means doubling Qs with a value up to 1.98! Same limits usually apply 20 Qs per day.

which Kroger location did you go to?

I went to the service desk at the hwy. 100 Bellevue store when they first started doing the triples and asked about the coupon limit policy and they told me 20 q's per transaction and it was okay to do as many transactions a day as I wanted.

I ordered some q's today in preparation for the next event.. hopefully super doubles next week!

Darn...wish I would have known...Just came back from Nashboro Village store. I called them, and of course, they are not doing the tripling. From the CS rep's quick "No Ma'am", I think they are having lots of people calling to ask, ! I still saved $57 off my orig $144 order though!

I teach a coupon class, and I run into past students all the time... And by the way if anyone needs coupons from time to time I have plenty of extras... We can meet up while shopping and I can pass them on!!! My husband works at the Publix on Hwy 100
