I've been so disappointed lately when I get my Sun ad not to see the extra q section that we see in the forum. I try to make out my deals early according to the ad in the forum but then turn around and have to make a plan B.

I think it was last week or week before when they had the q for buy the Magnum razor and get refills free, Be Kool $2 off, St Ives bogo and this week the free GE bulbs, I would really love to get some of these deals as well.

Would it be inappropriate to trade for some of these in ad q even though the deals are not in our area?

I don't know if they'll accept them. I know my grocery stores will not accept coupons for stores in the same chain, from another area, that are not available in my area.

I have this problem in my area. We always get the "bigger" ad from Pittsburgh's Sunday paper, 3 of my 4 stores go by the smaller ad. I did ask the one time that the Schick razors were on sale in the bigger ad but were not in their ad, they did honor it. I haven't asked them since then because I found the 4th store does have the bigger ad so I just go there for anything not in the smaller ad. I would ask your store if they will honor them, good luck!!

My store will not honor them either. Then I asked them why other areas were getting them and we don't get them. Managers told me that it was because our area the sales on those items are up and the areas the sales were down was the ones who got them so therefore, if I were to bring one in it would not be honored and Corp. would be on them b/c its not the ad for their store.
Just like getting coupons from the internet they want you to only get what is in the paper to use so they use every excuse not to take them.
