I just read on another site that by this weekend, all scanning systems in all of the Texas Kroger's locations should be back to the limit of 3. Some are already there. It might be Sunday before all the re-sets are done.

That's good to hear. I went this morning to get 3 rolls of Bounty with (3) $.25 coupons and only one tripled. I was afraid it was a new policy with a limit of one like coupon .

The store I shop at has still not gone back to D/T 3 like coupons. I'm so bummed. I've heard that a bunch of stores did go back though, so hopefully in the future they will all be D/T 3 like coupons.

The Krogers in Mesquite area (atleast a couple of them) are back to 3 like coupons.

I was at two Kroger in NE Tarrant County, Euless store and Bedford store, and both are doubling/tripling three like coupons again.

The one thing I like to know is why it happens to begin with.

The Kroger's near my parents home... Lewisville - 121 @ Bellaire.... never ever has double or triple coupons without a hassle.

It does not recognize shortcuts q's loaded on their Kroger card.

And to be honest most of the employee's are surly at best. I hate that store. The deli is always half-a** stocked. And no one really cares that it never has the basic inventory. (this is not a Boar's Head store)

Yet the Kroger's out in Flower Mound is total opposite. Never a hassle... and works like my store in McKinney on Lake Forest. My Mother has stopped using the store by her home and is driving out to Flower Mound to do her shopping.

If anything Kroger really needs to find a way that all their stores work from the same plan. Not this random nonsense of managers doing as they please... and not remotely being interested in customer service. And coupons really should be taken without issue's.

Seriously... the store manager is the reason I refuse to ever shop that Kroger's in Lewisville again. Nasty attitude and the store is always dirty.

I'm too finding it very frustrating that not all the stores have the same policy re coupons etc. I use to shop at the FM store before we had two open up closer to us. Does the FM store D/T 3 like coupons?

Where as the store in town on 121 makes it a point to make it a hassle to even get the standard face value off your receipt for one coupon.

Amen! I am typically a Tom Thumb shopper because the employees have a better attitude and the store is clean. However, I do go to Kroger when they offer a good deal and my husband was right with me when we went shopping for the Double $1 Qs recently. What really burns me up is that I went to one Kroger in Grand Prairie off of Carrier and asked what their coupon policy is and I was told by the Customer Service person that they do not accept Internet Q's. I promptly told my husband lets go they will never get my business. I have no idea if they will take Shortcuts and Cellfires probably not. though. It does not make any sense that some stores will accept internet Qs and some will not. The coupons have watermarks that prevent counterfeiting. I totally agree that the stores should be uniform in their policies but to be honest we "couponers" know more about the store policies than the store employees do. That's enough of my "Soap Box" for the night!

Not looking good for the Kroger in Fort Worth off Hulen. All of the sudden only doubling one coupon and has yet to return to normal as of yesterday. I am so sad about this. No more Kroger for me.

I went into Kroger today and they D/T more than 1 like coupon. Did not try more than 2 because i didn't have enough coupons. Hopefully it stays like this for a while........ because since the whole 1 like coupon fiasco I haven't even stepped foot in a Kroger or any other grocery store , it was nice to do some grocery shopping today

Going back to 3 wooohooo.
Why do they go back and forth. For the life of me I can't figure that out. Why the limitations. We're in the business of saving money, they're in the business of selling. No matter how many Q's we have they get reimbursed plus handling fee. I'll give you my business....you take my coupons!!
