Seems sneaky to raise the price by $.50 for one week to give it back to us in EB.
I agree -- they do that sneaky price changing quite a bit. It is irksome to watch them change the price to offer an ECB one week then the next week the price is back to the sale price without the ECB.

If I didn't care about maintaining a solid relationship with the store, I'd be asking for price adjustments (when an item goes on sale within 7 days of purchase.)... But, since successful CVS shopping is all about keeping a good relationship with the store/manager, I wouldn't dare risk it over the $1 here and there. It's a situation where I just eat the price difference and know it all works out in the end.

Has anyone actually been able to print the $3/1 Glade coupon yet? If so, what zip code did you use. I'm not finding it.

When in doubt, always use zip code 85031 (Phoenix). Seems like that's where all the good coupons are. You'll find the $3 on Glade, Free refill wyb Glade candle holder, and $1 on Softsoap body wash.

And also make sure you click on the "grocery" tab to bring up the entire list of coupons available -- you should have 4 or 5 pages instead of just the 2 pages you'll see when you just visit the main page.

SoftSoap Ensembles--get a free refill wyb the pump peelies -- Thanks supercouper
My cashier wouldnt let me buy the softsoap ensembles pump and base using the coupons listed above (-$2 CVS Q from Reinventing Beauty Mag, -$2 printable, -free refill peelie)... She said it was too many coupons for 2 items? Am i missing something? I thought we could stack CVS and manu Qs, so shouldnt each item allow a store Q AND a manu Q if applicable?

I am fairly new at CVSing and it really confused me...

Then tonight, the manager said they don't honor competitor front-end Qs (on another deal)... I thought CVS did?

Anyhoo, i still have 7 of the $4 MIR certificates / $2 CVS Qs if anyone wants/needs them (PM me)

thanks

What you did is correct as long as the $2 printable is for the pump and not the refill base and as long as the $2 CVS Q is a store coupon not a mfg Q. You should go back and talk to a manager or call corporate.

I believe this is up to the store manager. My CVS used to take competitors Qs but they don't anymore (manager changed).

The $2 coupon from Reinventing Beauty mag is a CVS coupon and code starts with a 4
The other coupon i had was a manufacturer coupon for $2 off a Softsoap Ensembles product and had both the refill and pump included in the picture. The peelie was on the product when i got to the store.
I am not sure, but i THINK there was a problem of someone switching the plastic sleeves that they are packaged in because the total was DEFINITELY coming out too high --- I think one of my refills had a pump sleeve on it (someone did a switcheroo!?) and maybe thats why the "free refill" coupon wouldnt apply: the register might have been reading that i was buying 2 pumps (and this is just a guess because i truly was scratching my head about it all evening wondering 1) how she came up with the total she had and 2) why the coupons werent working)

Thanks for your reply though I was pretty certain i wasnt doing anything wrong

I did it today, bought 3 packs of 8 for $5.99 and used 3 of the $1.50 PG Qs and got $5 EB. I didn't buy Ultra but the cashier took the Qs. I don't know if that's wrong or what.

The flyer says limit 1 deal per household but my receipt says:

Amt. Towards this reward: $17.97
Amt. Needed to earn:$15

It doesn't say "* Offer Limit Reached" as it did on past receipts for deals that have a limit.

I wonder if I can do it again and apply the extra $2.97 towards the second $15?

Or some packs had a free screwdriver that looks like a battery (the handle).

The only thing is with your scenario is that I don't think that folks get multiples of the same CRT (I could be wrong -- I don't get them so I'm definitely no expert). If that's the case then there would only be one $2 CRT subtracted.
I got two of the Renu CRTs from the same card, and I don't even use the stuff, but may do it since its a MM and donate it.

I don't know if this has been posted, and now can't find the thread on deal limits for the week. I bought the SoftSoap NutriSerums today. On my receipt, it says

Irish Spring, Buy 1 Get 2 EB
Quantity Toward This Reward 1
Quantity Needed to Earn Reward 1

I haven't bought Irish Spring, so am assuming this is SoftSoap. Evidently the deal is more than one.

Help Please!

I am fairly new to CVSing and have been doing great thanks to everyone's posts on the forum, but I am having a hard time wrapping my head around the Renu deal.

I have the recent $1 off ManuQs and also just got a 4/20 in an email and also have the readyfill booklet with the eyecare Q. I asked and my CVS allows both the product specific (i.e. $3/15 eyecare) and a $/$$ CVS coupon in the same transaction. Does that make sense? Basically, I have those Qs but I do not have any CRTs.

What would be the best way to do this? I could def use this renu right now.
Thanks in advance!!

What would be the best way to do this? I could def use this renu right now.
Thanks in advance!!
In order to use the eyecare readyfill coupon, you'll have to purchase 2 ReNu (or 1 ReNu + some other product) to total the eyecare coupon amount (I think it's $12). Let's assume you buy 2 ReNu. You can use 2 of the mfg Qs plus the eyecare Q. Now if you want to use your $4/20 Q, you'll have to buy 3 of them (and use 3 mfg Q). Also, I think there's a $2 mfg internet coupon out there somewhere. Perhaps in the OP?

OK so it would look like this:
2 Renu @ 7.99 = 15.98
-$2 IP x 2 = -4
- $3 Readyfill
brings me to $ 8.98
+ filler equaling approx. $4
- 4/20 email Q
brings me to $8.98 or so for 2 Renu, the filler, & 6 ECBs.

Does that look right?
If so, that's not bad. I think I'll do this. Thanks so much for taking the time and energy to help me

Yep, that's right. Since you're getting back the ECB, it's like paying $3 for it all. If you haven't done the Glade candle deal, you can grab one of those for $6.99 (instead of the other filler) and then get back $6.99 ECB.

Just make sure you do your coupons in the right order. Always do CVS $/$$ first, then do the readyfill Q, then your mfg Qs.

I haven't bought Irish Spring, so am assuming this is SoftSoap. Evidently the deal is more than one.

HTH.
How much is the NutriSerum? I think I have some q's for this. TIA!!

I think it was 4.99 at my store, before any q's.
