Now it's working (at work) but my ECB's from Wednesday are not showing up. Guess I'm just paranoid! |

I purchased mine in the afternoon and they aren't showing up yet either. You are not the only one holding onto their chair.

my account won't work either thought it was me...yikes...I also can't sign in to cvs...**** holds chair and thinks ..I need to know if the clearance loreal I bought for 99 cents worked for my 3 products...*** ECB's ....that is all I need now...LOL..LOL

I'm glad I only bought 20 and I paid cash to make it easier if I'd have to return them. Refunds with ECB pmt can be a nightmare.

Well - I tried to check my accoutn online today and it tells me my ECB card Number is invalid! What's up? Anyone call in yet to find out? ~P

The other reason I am sanguine about it is because I feel like I have been down this road a lot of times before ... with the SunSilk, with the Rolaids, with the H&S trials, etc. Each time, something came up that "scared" me away from being really aggressive with the deal ... and each time, that "scare" proved false, and each time I kicked myself for not buying more and more. I am not going to make that mistake again ... I feel like the odds are with me on this one ... and when the odds are with you, you must "swing for the fences." And if I am proven wrong, then so be it. My advice, SusanS, is to just hang tough! Have faith in the stupidity of CVS's marketing department / ECB program (god love 'em), and the fact that they do these things over and over again tells you all you need to know!

My account is back working - noticed that the Life Vitamins I bought on Wednesday still don't show under my Promotion Count. I bought them in the evening - so hoping it truly is a 48 hour turnaround - even though other times they've been there the morning of the 2nd day. If they don't show up - I'm still ahead on the deal anyway, I just would have spent the $75 dollar one I used yesterday a little differently ;-)

Okay, I talk to a CVS Care Rep about another issue (curel lotion ECB for Sept never showed up) and she stated that it takes 48 + hours for the coupons to generate. She looked at my account and said to wait until after 6 pm tonight and if they did not appear in my account to call back with my reciept information and that they could generate an ECB coupon for me.
