I had a FABULOUS day at Homeland today!!!

I filled my prescription at Homeland for $4, received $20 GC.
Purchased the following with q's

2 cans Pringles
1 pkg Wonder Hamb buns
1 pkg Wonder HD buns
2 pkgs Hefty bowls
5 boxes Kelloggs Raisin Bran Extra
10 rolls Farmland Sausage
3 Pillsbury Cinn Rolls
3 Pillsbury Biscuits
2 Velveeta Shells & Chz Cups

1 Luzianne Family Size Tea Bags (24ct)
2 Nestle Quik Syrups
1 Tabasco Sauce
4 Hunts Ketchup

Saved $112.57 (88% with One Card and Q's)

OOP: $4.00 prescription
After savings, my total came to $17.71, used $20 GC plus I will file my rebate with Kelloggs/Homeland for $10 GC so the total trip is a $8.29 MM!!!!! WHOOT!!

The * above means they charged me for 1 extra mustard than I received but since my Homeland is 25 minutes away, I will take one for them.



And if you look closely enough, yes those are 2 burst cans of Pillsbury dough. The heat (its 100 today) plus the drive home burst my biscuits!!!

Yes, it will repeat! Get ready for it. Homeland is a BIG savings store with coupons and sales. I don't know how I'd feed us without them. We are so spoiled here. You did awesome!

Awwwhhh, too bad on the biscuits bursting. I'd rather have burst biscuits than a bursted bubble LOL If you go ahead and bake all the biscuits at once, you can cool them and pop them into a ziplock and toss them into the freezer for later use. They will thaw and reheat beautifully. Ah hem, they charge us extra for these ready-to-use biscuits in the freezer isle,

Did you happen to get the 55¢ off Wonder bread MC to use for your buns? I meant to post something on here the other day because I went to Homeland and when I got to the Bread aisle I remembered I had a bunch of peelies for 55¢ off and Wonder Bread or Sara Lee (I think) item. So I got free hot dog buns since they were on sale for 99¢. I looked while I was there and there were still a few peelies on the ends of some of the loaves of bread. So keep an eye out next time you are in the bread aisle!

I didn't - didn't even notice. I am just beginning to get the hang of couponing and looking out for peelies. That is how I got the French's Honey and Spicy mustards. I had peelies for buy 1 reg. mustard, get Honey or Spicy free!

Homeland and Kelloggs are teaming up for rebates. With the purchase of 5 items, you get 10$ back; 10 - 25$ back. There are rebate tearpads I know on the cereal aisle. They are black and white so they are kind of hard to see.
