I stopped into the Minnetonka Cub (Hwy 7 and 101) to get some more smores and grapes. To my surprise when I walked in, they had some great deals for their 25 year anniversary.

Kraft mac n cheese - .25 a box (limit 10)
Butter Kernal (I think that's the name) veggies in a can - .25 a can
Aquafina water - $2.49 (I'm pretty sure that was the price--the cents might be off a bit)
Capri Sun Sport drinks - $1.25
Super Chill 12 pack - $1.25
2 liter of Coke products - .84

That is all I can remember right now, I think there might have been a few more items. I asked the cashier and he said he thought it went until Saturday. I sure hope so, we're going back on Saturday!

If anyone heads there today, they actually had a few new specials.

Smart Start cereal - .25 a box (limit 2)
Apple Jacks - .25 a box (limit 2)
Bush's Baked Beans (the big can) - $1
Mt Dew Throwback 20 oz - .25 a bottle

I found $1 off 1 box of Apple Jacks coupons and it took a $1 off, so for 4 boxes of cereal, they paid me $1.70 to take them! I also used a buy 3 get one free Kraft mac n cheese coupon from tomorrow's paper and it took off .78, so I really got 3 free.

They also were giving away free root beer floats, itibitz, and coke zero samples in the parking lot and sweet martha cookies in the store (a girl was walking around). Kids were getting samples of GoGurt and meeting the Trix bunny. We also got a gift bag for my son that included a video, sesame street music, 2 books, a tootsie roll, DOTS, pop tarts and some little toy (that will probably end up in the garbage ).

I ended up saving $49.66 (76%) and I think that's one of my best yet! I got a few things we needed, otherwise it would have been much higher.

Bummer...I even went down the cereal aisle yesterday. They did have the Bake Beans and the Mt Dew on Friday.

deals go til 7-4th per km champlin. so i went today, didn't find too much, but...
5 kraft mac & cheese for 1.25 plus on some they had peelies for a free capri sun you could use right away.
the only other great thing was the root beer for .25, limit 4

8 cans of veggies for .25 each
4 bottles of cub ketchup for .25 each
2 bottles of superchill 2 liter for .25 each

used a $3 off your next order from the tombstone deal this week and it came to $4.56, used my $5 giftcard from the heinz deal (the catalina didn't print) and i still have .44 to uusee I should have went in and got more 2 liters, oh well. I'm still excited
