That silly dog will tear to shreds any coupon inserts that I leave on the floor. She figures any time I spend with coupons is time spent away from her. But, she's very old so I tolerate her "bad" behavior -- being cute with those puppy eyes helps, too.

Our dog doesn't mind me doing coupons and even tolerates the stacks of RP and SS that are currently stacked under my desk along with the All You mags.
My house is a mess since I took up couponing and finding places to store my new stockpile items, but not too many complaints here so far. I guess since I save so much and my family gets what they want, everyone is still happy around here.

As far as the week of 6/28 is concerned I will take a week off from CVSing, because I'm in the test area with the short ad.
And besides, my last week was so good, that I can allow myself this break (? have to keep telling myself) and maybe catch up on some (what could possibly be better than CVSing!) reading?

There seems to be something I'm missing, and while I'm sure that the answer is somewhere on this site, it might be quicker to just get an answer from someone. Can you actually use more than 1 manufacturer's coupon per item? For example, in this deal:

it's more like that is a list of all the possible coupons, and you choose which one you will use.


not all of us get the same coupons in the paper, so the list is extensive. but, no, you would only use one coupon per item. the most you can use at cvs is one manufacturer's and one cvs per ucp number. ( so a multipack would only allow one, even though it might be 4 boxes of mac cheese banded together, for example.)

If a store has something on sale as BOGO can you use a BOGO coupon and get both things free? I thought about this before but never tried it. Wondering if anyone knew if this worked?

Pretty sure that won't work. But, I know walgreen's allows you to use two MQ's on a BOGO deal. I think this is because the second item actually rings up as having an amount, instead of zero amount. The final price is the same, though.

yes you certainly can when purex at cvs was bogo there was also a bogo printable. this would mean that the manufacturer buys one bottle and then cvs would buy one bottle. This is cvs corporate verified. hth

CVS Corp response is:


When an item is on sale for buy one, get one free and the customer has a buy one get one free coupon for that same product, the coupon will be accepted and both items will essentially become free (plus any applicable sales tax).



Or, if you have a B1G1 Free coupon and want to use a $ off coupon on the other item the CVS Corp response is:

Also, two manufacturer coupons can be used on a buy one get one free purchase as long as two items are scanned at the register. The system logic sees 2 items scanned and will allow 2 coupons.
