Cashier gave milk catalinas to next person in line
So I sent my hubby to Rainbow to get the cereal deal. He did great, got six boxes and used three coupons and got the $10 off.

I told him that a coupon would print out when he was done that would be for free milk. I also mentioned that sometimes the cashiers put those coupons on the belt with your items because they take a little longer to print out.

Well, he never got the coupons. He also mentioned he saw the next lady in line who was only buying a couple items get a whole slew of "weird looking" receipts.

Should I call the catalina company first or contact Rainbow customer service?

I would bring back in your receipt and head to the Customer Service Dept. Tell them what happened.
