I have used 2 so far ($5 ones) both just came off instantly when I was done checking out, getting ready to scan my coupons.

I did the $5 & $2 deals the other day. Went to GE today (Boardman, OH) and I froze up the register when I tried to check out.... They had to send me up to the service desk to pay. The guy took off the two dollars manually but had to give me a GC for the $5 and said I would have to do the same think the next two times. He said they have no way of doing the coupons and the registers just freeze up.

There is a button the cashiers have to check to use the $5 one.

My store said they have no way of redeeming...that's why I got a $5 GC. Weird....

OK. Something new that i did. I wanted to know if you could do 2 seperate transactions and get the $5 off both. Well first transaction, i got the $5 off and the $2 off. 2nd transaction nothing! Booh! I know i still have another $5 coming. I think you can only do it once a day.

Anyone else having trouble getting their $5 disounts?? Went tonight and nothing came up. I talked to CS and they said that they know about the problem and to check back in a few days.

Thanks so much for posting about the $2 off deal. I didn't know about that one. I received all three of the $5 ones (2 they asked if I wanted to use them, 1 just came off automatically) on three different days with no problems. Btw, I'm in Pa and new to posting here. Love this site!
