I don't know about you but that is even cheaper then my commissary which has it normally for $1.99 a pound. I just got 15.15 pounds for 27.63 after tax with a savings of 33.49. Might have to run to the other bloom in town so I don't look like a weirdo buying all this chicken and get me some more.

Glad hubby got me that big freezer years ago.

I usually buy generic leg quarters when they are on sale for about .56 / lb . It might not be the greatest name brand, but they work for me. Next time you are able to get to a town check around other stores if possible ? My last batch was at Krogers of all places !

Only like Chicken Breast;'s in our house and the only other store is Shoppers and the commissary. Skinless Boneless (pickey, I hate touching the stuff to do anything extra to it.)
