I had read about a Kool Aid deal on another board, can anyone confirm it? Buy 20 packs Kool-Aid = 2.00, get a CAT for free sugar. Use 2 .50 (if your Meijer's doubles, and even if not it's a great deal! ) off of 10 packs of Kool-Aid here and get 20 for FREE plus a free 5 lbs bag of sugar! Thanks

They were 5/$1 not 10/$1 when I was there on Wednesday, so I didn't do it. We don't drink Koolaid, but will use it for dye, figured the free sugar would be worth it if they were 10/$1

Oh I will have to get some more koolaid.. I have a save $2.00 off sugar when you buy 20 koolaid so a great deal too!! I have a lot of kids here in the summer so it is nice to have cheap/free drinks Thanks!!

I tried to use the 50¢ off 10packs coupon from the Kraft site and it was only taking 40¢ off. It would have doubled to $1 at my store. Did it double for anyone else? I just had her take the KoolAid off my order because it wasn't such a deal.

The same thing happened to me. My coupon also only took off .40. I argued to get the dime, then, realized that it had not doubled. So I argued to get the double. They could not explain why it took off the .40 and said it did not double because some manufacturer coupons aren't meant to double. I explained that it was not a manufacturer policy, the double was a Meijer policy. The coupon does not state do not double. They said it only took the .40 cents because they were on sale. I paid 2.00 for 10 packs, should have gotten the .50. And, to make it worse I only picked up 10 (by mistake) so didn't get the sugar. Now I need to go back and try it again. Sometimes I think they make it difficult so we will stop using coupons, not going to happen. Karen

It happend to me with both coupons, my store just adjusted the coupon by adding an additional .60 off so it would equal the dollar for each coupon...once again a YMMV situation

Well I tried to get the koolaid sugar today.. What an awful trip! My coupons rang up wrong $.40 also. I tried to get it fix but my cashier told me she didn't have to fix it nor accept my coupons for the koolaid (handed them back to me when I tried to get them fixed).

Thats terrible! Not to mention rude--can they really refuse to accept a manufacturer's coupon?

I thought it was super rude too!! I had a ton of coupons refused that trip (I was told I wasn't an employee and didn't understand all the rules LOL!!!) I just went to the service desk and had it all worked out and got my $$ back for the coupons not used.
