ecoupons didn't come off!!
I was in a real hurry today and my Huggies coupon that I had loaded on my card from shortcuts.com did not come off when my order was done. My husband was cranky and I'm new to this and I didn't know what to do. Can I do anything about it now? I went onto shortcuts.com and it shows the coupons still on my card.

There should be a link on shortcuts.com to "contact us" at the bottom. Make sure you login first. Click "Report a dispute". Once you enter your receipt info and which e-coupon didn't come off properly you will hit submit. I've done this once before and my e-coupons were credited really quick to my Kroger card. That's about all.

The same thing happened to me tonight. The diapers were still a good deal, but I'll try filing a dispute, too.
