Do you take the survey at the bottom of the receipt? Has anyone ever won the prize? Is it worth the time?

I do not know. I have wondered about it myself and i have decided they do that so that we think they really care.

For example while at walmart the other day I asked the cashier. "When people push the button on the creditcard/debit machine that ask were you greeted by your cashier, was your cashier friendly today, or was the store clean does walmart really monitor that." She laughed and said "NO!"

If my cashier was rude and i pushed no she was not friendly today then i might think, oh they are going to get a message that she was rude, so i might not call and complain. Evidently that is not so.

I have done several, but I quit doing the walmart ones that say you could win a gift card because i never got squat. But I always do the old navy and Dicks ones, at least they give you a code for 10% off your next purchase. I beleive I also got 10% from Kmart as well (although I gave them a crappy review)

I'm from Puerto Rico and I get the surveys, but for $1 off $5 or more on my next purchase! .

After the survey finish it gives me a code number to write it down on a blanks at the bottom of the receipt. The cashiers scan them just like a coupon off.

Oh! yeah and I hunt them down at the parking lot or take a quick peek at the garbage can, people just throw them away.

Even if you don't win the prize, it's great for the stores to get feedback on their service.

Yeah, I usually do all of them (cvs, walgreens, rite aid). I haven't won anything, but I have hope!!

It it true that if they read them, it might help the stores (and me in the long run)...so I will do it from now on! Prize or not!

I do them most of the time. If I have a great experiance or a crappy one is when I usually do them. I heard that they help the cashiers too.

Yes, I've filled it out several times. I'm convinced I'm going to win that $3,000 someday. LOL! I also want them to know how much I like a particular store and their employees.

Ive been filling them out for about a year now never won anything from theirs or wal mart but i live in a small town so i want make sure they get a good report we have the nicest managers ,employees never once had a bad experience which doesnt seem to be the norm on this thread, you know wendys has one now on the back of your receipt and you get a free single

I'm like Yenna and live in Puerto Rico, we get a number to write down at the end of the survey to save $1 on the next $5 or more purchase. I also look in the parking and the top of the garbage, it is like throwing a dollar away. The other day, I did find a dollar in the garbage by looking. And didn't have to do the survey....
