How many did you guys get this week? My papers only had three inserts (1 SS, 1 RP, 1 PG), but everything thing I'm reading says there should've been 2 SS. How many did y'all get?

My home delivery paper had 2 SS, 1 RP, 1 PG but I ran to the dollar store to get a couple extra papers and after digging thru many papers discovered their papers only had 1 SS, 1 RP, 1 PG. I've noticed small differences before and knew the couple coupons I am most likely to use were not in the smaller, second SS.

I'm so glad I saw this! I've been so confused. I bought 2 papers on Saturday at Cub, and 2 Sunday at Walgreens and all only had the 1 SS insert. I am peeved, there were some good Qs in the 2nd SS insert! I am wondering if there's someone we can call and complain to, or if it's just too bad for those who buy the paper at the store.

Yep...home delivery got 4 inserts. The one with the $4 marcal was missing from all the ones that I bought.

My home delivery Strib had 1 smartsource, but my PP home delivery had 2 smartsource.

Then ones I bought only had 3 inserts too.

Yes the ones in the stores only had 3 unless you bought the Pioneer Press it had the 2nd SS but of course the that insert and others are smaller than the Trib. But it did have the $4 off coupon in it. But I only bought 1 of those.

My home delivery had 2 SS but none of the papers I bought at Walgreens had both.

i called star tribune this morning. they told me that the "newstands" get the leftovers, if they run out, then stuff is not included in them.

That's crazy. Both of my home delivered papers only had one SS. I didn't pick up any extra papers this week because I didn't even realize there was supposed to be a 4th insert. (I haven't been online much the last couple of weeks).

Oh well! A couple of weeks ago the coupon fairy stuck in an extra SS when there was only supposed to be one, so I guess it all evens out.
