At the Uptown Rainbow, the Organix shampoos and conditioners have "Try me free" hangtags attached with a rebate form. Organix are BOGO this week, so you could get two for free after sending in for the rebate.

Also, when I picked up some awhile ago (with the tags) from CVS, I got home and found out the forms were expired, so I emailed their customer service and she said she would send me some current ones. So, even if the ones you find don't have tags, they might mail you some.

I got the Vanilla ones and they smell really good.
