Cut them up into 1/2 inch cubes or so. Drizzle with vegetable oil, and toss with salt and pepper. Roast in 425 degree oven 25-30 minutes. Better than fries!

Wash them and cut in half with skin still on, boil until soft, drain, add melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Yummy, also goes very good with prime rib.

Try cutting them into small pieces, place in a sip-lock baggie, spray with some olive oil and sprinkle the Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix and shake. Bake. Yummo!!!
