I think it is still B1G1 50% off. They are $6.99 I believe. I have a $2 off 2 manu q. So it would be:

$8.48 for 2 or $4.24 ea.

I think Target store brand is cheaper than that, could be wrong. We are running very low on this, but my kids don't get sick often. I'd still like to get some to keep just in case of course.

I get the target brand..... it's 2.99 for a 1oz. bottle.... that's the cheapest I have found, and I actually really like a lot of target branded items!

I don't know if you have a rite aid but they will have it next week for 4.99 for children's (not infant-- not sure which one you wanted) plus it would go towards a single check rebate if you spend so much(first amount to qualify is 15 get back $5) there is a whole list of products included.
