The shopping list for this week is posted if you see any good deals please post. Oh one good deal I saw was buy 3 participating Kellogs cereal (2.34 each) get a free gallon of milk and a free load of bread (its a paticular kind, can't remember which) This would be great matched up with a Q. I plan on doing this with my 3 kellogs frosted flakes 1.00 off Qs. That a pretty good deal anyway just for the cereal.

The pork is a good deal. It's pork sirloin boneless. They had different cuts at my store ranging from thicker to really thin cuts. These aren't the traditional pork chops but this is good meat for the crockpot or stirfry's (in my opinion). Anyways the deal was buy 1 package at $3.99/lb and get 2 packages free. The packages were all around the same sizes at the store I went to. I basically got 4.5 lbs of pork for around $6. Does anyone know if frost mini-wheats is included in the Kelloggs cereal deal??

i haven't checked on the frosted mini wheats yet. I plan on going in today so I will check and let you know
