| Returning items........
I am going to return the Physician's Formula Bronzers I bought. I thought I could get the ECR on those but find out it is only on the organic makeup. When I return these, will I get the amount I paid after the 2-$5.00 Q's or will I get the full amount? Seems like I should get the full amount since they will get their $10 from the Q's. Is this right? I keep confusing myself!

Well, in a perfect world, you would return them, get the REDUCED amount back AND your coupons back. Then everyone is square. But we all know that you won't get your coupons back unless you went back immediately thereafter and not even then most likely. So while some people I think would say you should NOT get the full amount back, it's the most fair solution to me. The store gets their coupon reimbursement, and their product and you get your money back you started with. Unless of course you paid with RRs and then that's a whole 'nother complication because you are "making cash" on the deal. Not ideal, but to me you getting the whole amt back and them cashing in the coupons they are already have is the most fair - least of which to the manufacturer, but when returning it seems like unless they return the coupons, SOMEONE loses. And it's not gonna be ME in this kind of situation !

You will get the full amount back, as they already have your coupons to submit. It is actually in their coupon "policy" ( its more like a guide) that they go by that states if you use a manf. coupon and you return something you get the full price back as the coupon is already counted and gone. Make sense? If they dont want to give you the full price back kindly say thank you and use another store. I have only had problems with one store doing that to me and i learned my lesson fast.

One time when I bought the wrong type of Blink eye drops (and used a $2 coupon) and the RR did not print, I told the cashier I wanted to return them right there. He called up the manager and he returned it in a different lane but he said he'd have to give me $2 less because I used a coupon. If it had been a coupon I would have used, I would have insisted that he went over and gave my coupon back (or the $2) but I had a ton of them so I didn't fuss. Just another issue with my Wags though.

welllllllllllll..........I did pay with RR's too. I'd really just like to exchange it for the organic stuff. Maybe that would be a better way to go. I can tell I'm probably not going to be on someone's "Happy" list tonight!!!
