I found a cart full of Spice Islands spices marked down to $1 each. The selection wasn't great, but I remember seeing lots of poppy seeds, turmeric, cinnamon sticks, cayenne pepper and a few others.

Look for the 1/2 price tags, these are for the soon to be discontinued items. These are thru out the store. Great savings with coupons then.
