Yahoo! will be conducting a two-week long diary study to explore the usefulness of web-based instant messaging applications. If you are chosen for this study, you will be emailed an online diary form to fill out daily for 2 weeks. You will need to complete the form with at least 4-6 thoughtful and detailed answers per week, although you may make as many entries as you like.
