I'd like to take advantage of the $15 GC @ BRU today. If I buy a box, and my daughter is too big for that size, can I exchange it for another size at a later time? (If I buy 2 size 3s and after the first box, I feel she needs to go up a size, can I take it back and just exchange for a size 4? Or will I have to somehow forfeit the $15 and return and buy again? Make sense?)

Nope, BRU is horrible about this. They made me return the box and buy again. Unless you try returning without a receipt but that dosen't always work either.

Unfortunately you can no longer return without a receipt. I used to work customer service at BRU but I never encountered your situation. I would just try to buy 2 different sizes now and you can always hold on to the bigger size for later.
