Rave for Wags customer service
Most posts about Wags customer service are negative (justifiably! LOL), so I thought I'd share one positive experience.

I buy lots of hydrogen peroxide (for general cleaning and to use on my face), and last month several of the bottles I bought at Wags leaked.

I wrote to customer service about this. They responded within a day or two, and apparently forwarded my email to the place they get the peroxide from. I got a call from that place a day later. The lady was very nice, and wanted me to give her a code off of one of the bottles that leaked. She also asked for my address, and a few days later I got two bottles of hydrogen peroxide in the mail (with CVS labels on them )

I was very impressed! Now if only such customer service would work its way into their actual stores

It's so nice to hear good news instead of how badly someone was treated! Thanks for this refreshing reminder that not everyone's experiences are bad and that there is good out there!
