I'm not sure if the "Card must accompany purchase" means that the card has to be surrendered at time of purchase. I know the last FF Day, the discount was good for more than one day and we were able to use the card over and over again... not sure about this time...

Ask your favorite cashier, they should be able to give you one. It is called a friends & family discount card. Ask before the 22nd comes around

no you can use them all day it does not say you have to give to the cashier at the sale
if you want your free bag then you have to give it to them but wait till the end to get your bag if you are going to go to differnt store
