Hi i did the kelloggs cereal deal i bought 6 boxes i had a printable coupon for kelloggs frosted flakes 1.00 / 2 boxes and they doubled it so i ended up paying 10.00 for 6 boxes plus when i paid i got 2 catalinas for a free gallon of any brand any kind of milk up to 4.50 so 6 boxes of cereal and 2 gallons of milk for 10.00 not to bad ... Got to love coupons

The milk catalina ends 4/12. I would think you get 3 separate catalinas but I haven't done the deal yet so I don't know for sure. Hopefully someone who has done it will chime in!

No that's a good question. Mine are 2 separate Catalina's, one expires April 16th and the other expires April 30th. I got them today.

I'm not going to list everything I got this week....I had my BF with me and we used ALOT of coupons!! My cart was overflowing and I paid $59.13. Total savings was $99.80 or 62% and I got the 3 FREE milk catalinas!

A couple good deals I found:

Jack Links beef jerky 4.99 - $1/1 peelie on product = 2.99
(my BF and oldest son love this stuff--pretty decent price)

Starkist creations pouches 2.09 - $1/1 from All You mag = .09

Thomas english muffins 1.89 - $1/1 from All You mag = FREE

My BF added a few things to his cart that didn't have coupons...shame on him!!

His total was 50.23 and he saved 59.53 or 54%

All together we saved 159.33!!

We paid $109 for $268 worth of groceries! Now we are doing a "pantry challenge" and not buying any groceries unless it's free or bread/eggs...we have got to clear out some of the pantry so I can refill it

If that's the case, I thought they db the first one and left the 2nd at face value (which would make your ending total $1). I know I'm missing something because I'm seeing this all over the place. You only have to buy one at $2.00 so it would go 2.00-1.00cpn. Cpn doubled to $2.00=free! When homeland has sale you can buy one item and get the sale price, for example when they have a b1g1 sale you can buy one for 1/2 price for better savings. Hope this helps and makes sense.

You're right, they only double ONE like coupon. The other same coupon will be credited at face value. That's when you make 2 transactions for the same coupon (if you want the double credit). For instance, you purchase the ocean spray and use one coupon on one transaction. Then on a seperate transaction you purchase the other Ocean spray and use the second coupon. Clear as mud?

I always list the sale price from the ad (for example, 2/$4) but the final calculation is the cost for one item. Just because an item is on sale 2/$4, it does not mean you have to buy 2 in one transaction to get the sale price. Since the coupon is on $1 on ONE, you only want to purchase one per transaction so the coupon will double. The juice will ring up at $2.00, the coupon will double to $2, making the final cost FREE if you purchase one in each transaction.
