ok so I must not be doing something right. I went to the first link, signed up. Then went and hit the link in my email to confirm. Then came back and hit the second link and hit the get coupn or free offer button and it told me I had to be a memebr. I cannot see where to put in my email address. I am new at this so I don't know if I am missing something here, please help. Hubby and I love this place!

On the second link where you got the "need to be a member" message, click that link again but then go into the address bar of your browser and change the end of the website address as described above to reflect the e-mail address you signed up with. Then it will work. Let me know how you make out. Should print no problem, I did it earlier.

I tried accessing this ruby tuesday coupon and it keeps telling me I need to be a member to access. I joined, confirmed my email and followed the rest of the instructions so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Any help?

Okay I printed it but it says that it has a unique code and can only be redemeed once, where is the unique code? It does have my name on it though.

Mine has my name and e-mail on it. The only code I found is on the top right SCW or something like that, I don't have it in front of me at this moment. I don't see a unique code even though it said there was one, but it was personalized.

it is not working it is telling me that i have to be a member after i click here for my coupon and it tells me to have printer ready...gr

You have to change the end of the web address for the coupon to reflect your personal e-mail address for it to work.

Thanks for the post. We travel a lot to shows on the weekends, so I am going to print the coupon. Unfornuately our Ruby Tuesday closed down after 4 arsons. Guess I can't blame them as they would hit them again soon after reopening, but I really miss them.

I attempted to use this coupon last night after getting the super expensive signature steak (as per the coupon) and it DID NOT work. Supposedly the coupon is supposed to have a 3 digit letter code and a longer numberic code after it, and all that was on my coupon were the 3 letters. The waitress said that since they couldn't put in the code, they couldn't take the coupon. I should have asked for a manager, but I was completely miffed and we left paying $20 more than expected.

THEN when I got home I had a REAL BOGO coupon in my inbox with the whole code. Anyway, make sure you have letters and numbers in the code on the right side of the coupon, otherwise, it doesn't work.

That special offer/coupon link didn't come up when I confirmed my email. It did say that I will recieve a special offer in 1 business day so I'm assuming it will be the one ya'll our talking about.

prnces- I see you are from Louisville- which location did you try to use this at? I was planning on going to the Clarksville one. Also, why do you say this isn't "real?" I don't want to do anything that isn't on the up and up!
