The way it works at the store i go to is they will except the coupon for the price that is listed but they will not give money back. You will have to get a "filler" item and the extra money will be taken off of that filler item. Is like having an invisable coupon

I don't know how it worked, but last week when I was getting the Pillsbury cats I went through the self check and split my trans and for the second tran the kid working those lanes gave me back over a dollar. I wasn't expecting it cause I grabbed a bag of cracker jacks for the first order to bring it back to a positive balance. Kinda weird!!
