| Scenario help ![]() I need some help! I'm a rookie at Wags, so I'm not quite sure how to combine everything. Here's what I've got: * Foil--$1/1 Mfg Q x 3 current and 4 expired (does Wags take expired's?) + .89 in ad Q = .11 overage each * Excedrin--$2/1 mfg printable x 2 = .01 overage each + $1 RR each * Hershey's--$1/1 mfg x 6 + B1G1 mfg x 6 + B1G1 in ad = buy 1 get 2 free - $1 each purchased, right? * Rimmel mascara--$1/1 mfg x 2 and B1G1 sale = .75 each (hopefully I can get the $3.49 ones) * Revlon lip gloss--$1/1 mfg = $8.99 + ESR * Revlon foundation--$1/1 mfg = $8.99 + ESR * Thermacare--ESR How do I combine all of this to make the least OOP? Can anyone help me with a scenario or two? TIA!! |

I'm not that good at this yet either. All I can tell you is you will have to buy the excedrins in seperate transactions or you will only get 1 $1 RR, and not 2.

Yeah, I've read that too...and I need as many items as I have coupons, mfg or store. I need to give mfg Q's before Wags, right? I'm wondering if I should just put everything into two or three transactions and see how it turns out.

I think this is definitely a YMMV situation. The stores around me won't take expireds, won't adjust down the amount of the coupon (so no $2 coupon on excedrin), and won't allow 2 coupons if one of the coupons is BOGO. Keep in mind that you can't have more coupons than items, so you may need a filler if using the in ad coupon. You might want to call the store you're planning on going to and find out their coupon policy first if you aren't familiar with it. That way you can plan your trip w/out surprises at the cash register. |

Since your not buying many things that produce RR's it is hard to work out a scenerio with low oop. Yes, you are right on the coupon order. I have had the best luck with doing RRs, Mqs, and then wags qs. I would probably buy the excedrins first, and then use the RRs on the rest of the stuff.

Ok first walgreens doesnt take expireds that im aware of. On the b1g1 free its a ymmv if they take two coupons So on the foil you'd have the three that are current- and its def a ymmv on if they will take them all. What id do is make sure you give them the manf coupons first then the sales ad coupon. However some do know the codes already and will go ahead and do the sales coupon For the makeup rimmel like i said its a ymmv on using 2 coupons on a b1g1 free Candy- b1g1 free plus b1g1 free coupon (manf) you should be able to buy one and get 2 free. Stores do vary on how they do the b1g1 combining though. Yes RR first, then manf coupons then wags coupons.
