Try using a different browser. I can never get smartsource coupons to print using Internet Explorer. But have no problems using Mozilla. And, of course, it is the opposite when I try to print Bricks coupons. HTH!

Thanks for the info...but I am so inept, I have no idea what you are talking about. Do I type in Mozilla and then search for the coupon that way?

I use Internet Explore and if you wait on the page that says it's printing the coupon it will print it just takes awhile. I just leave it sitting on the page and it prints. HTH

Make sure your main printer settings are set for the correct printer; also I cannot print from smartsource with firefox but I can with safari
it takes several minutes; it says it's printing but nothing is happening; I walk away from my computer leaving it open and a while later it has printed

ugh i cant get this to print..it says error in firefox, and in explorer and pop up saying its aborted comes up. oh well, guess i wasnt meant to get cheap cereal this week LOL

for those of you having trouble printing the coupon. I left the window up for a VERY long time and nothing seemed to happen so then i went to the smart source website to print some other coupons from the list and when i did my printer spit out 3 copies of the trail mix coupon I think because I had hit refresh several times trying to get it to work..... worth a shot

We got this last time and donated a box and kept a box, I just opened our box last night and wow this is really good-I was surprised becaus I'm not usually a granola cereal girl...definately a Yum in my book if you haven't tried it

I can't print as well...I tried in IE7 and I just downloaded firefox and still cannot print...I get a message stating an internal error occurred...any suggestions?
