I know that most are getting the fruit snack catalina, but some are not. I did two transactions at a U-Scan last night. The first got the catalina,,the second did not. The packages of fruit snacks were nearly identical in both orders.

The first was: (printed)
2 boxes fruit roll-ups variety pack
2 boxes of fruit roll-ups strawberry
2 scooby-doo fruit snacks.

The second was: (didn't print)
2 fruit roll-up variety packs
1 strawberry fruit roll-ups
1 tropical tie-dye fruit roll-up
2 scooby-doo fruit snacks.

So somehow the tropical tie-dye variety didn't get me the cat, that's all I could figure, although I figured this out at home. I called the Catalina Marketing Company at 888 322-3814, I was told that the day after the transaction they can investigate the situation.

So my question to any out there,,,has anyone else ever contacted the company directly? And have you got satisfactory results?
