I have been getting lots of problems when redeeming shortcut coupons.
I have had an issue earlier and I submitted a dispute and got an email within few seconds and the amount of coupons was credited as cash to my wallet. BUt then, I shopped at Kroger 2 times after and that cash never came off or showed up.
When I log in to my account, I still see the coupon there but it is not redeemable.

Is there any way to contact these people? Are there people to begin with that handle these?

I am very happy though with my cellfire, never had a problem and it seems that there are always people to help, there is a cellfire guy out there on forums trying to help people and address the issues. Cell fire guy, if you are reading this THank you

Do you guys know of anything I can do to get the shortcut coupons to work or should I just give up? They are so independable when I go shopping

It wasn't credited on your receipt? I have had problems and there is a credit next time I shop. I would email them again and tell them it's not crediting your account. They have always been great whenever I have a problem.
