The sale price here was 4.49 and our Q's don't double! I still used my 1.50 Q to get some since we were looking forward to it. I've never had this brand before and it is very good.

a couple years ago at a show I went too they were handing out full size containers of Sabra Hummus and I've never even tried Hummus before so I tried it and have been hooked ever since then. I've recently tried a few other brands and just keep coming back to this one so I'm going to buy 4 and use 4 coupons. I wonder if you can freeze this stuff. Has anyone ever tried to free it?

Hummus makes a great appetizer or snack, it's inexpensive, quick and easy to make. Hummus has large amounts of iron and vitamin C, It also is a good source of protein and dietary fiber. I've got to admit that not everyone loves hummus, it seems to be one of those "love it or hate it" things. I love it!

I like that it's so healthy. Have you had it with the Stacy's pita chips for which there are Q's attached to the Sabra Q's? Really good. I have no idea if hummus can be frozen - if so, I would get some for the already stuffed freezer.

Ok I found some info. YES you can freeze it! They say that the texture does change a bit from being frozen but it taste fine. Also did you know you can make this yourself? If anyone wants a recipe let me know while searching to see if you can freeze this I found a few .

Heznjon - thanks for finding that out. I think I'll try freezing one. Gingersnaps - keep up the healthy info! Besides a small addiction to chocolate (and a few other things) I'm really trying to eat healthily, and need any and all info/encouragement! I've made hummus before - really not too hard, but I'm afraid I am now too lazy. |

Ya'll are welcome! I understand about trying to eat healthy. Im sitting here with a full big glass of Orange juice and my ritz chips munching away. They arent to bad tasting I was shocked. I figured they'd be icky .
