The ones I picked up today had a "best by" date of a little under 2 years, so you've got PLENTY of time to eat these up!! Plus, since you have them, you will probably go through them quicker than you'd think. I thought I bought "a bunch" during the last sale, but we ran out LONG before they went on sale again (of course, all 3 of us eat these)! These will be a good, quick lunch or dinner when the weather gets cooler also!!

Flexible spending is if thru your employer you have an account you put money in for eye exams, over the counter meds, etc and then turn receipts in for this basically when you get your checks it is taken out before they take your taxes you pay,
