The spaghetti sauce was on sale for $1 each and I had MQ's for $1 off 2 so I paid .50 a can.

Hey Everyone!! Still learning this site but wanted to share my trip last night. I ran in to use some coupons before they expiried last night. Well, I found a bunch of deals in the store that I had coupons for and wound up with a full cart. I was a bit nervous and had that yucky feeling in my stomach knowing I'd spent way too much. So the cashier rang up everything and it was $247....I almost died right there. Then she did my Kroger card, which wouldn't scan and had to be entered manually. While that was taking the deals off, she started doing coupons and had to push almost every one through manually. (I purposefully picked her line because she's great about all of my coupons!!) The total out the door was $107 and some change!!! WOOHOO!! I think that's my best trip to Kroger ever!! Now next week it's not going to be nearly as good because I've got to get stuff if it's on sale or not as we have family coming into town. Just had to share since I don't think I've ever saved that much ever!!

I had 80 items and the total was $107.61.

Here's my fast trip last night. Pretty much just pulled all the .50 off coupons to see what I could get for almost nuthin'. I'm one of the lucky ones who's Krogers triples everyday up to .50. I'll pass out if they ever stop tripling

She laughed and said "Are you kidding me.. she's not going to pay $45.. wait till your done with her coupons". The guy was shocked when he got done running all the coupons and saw the savings. I plan to try shopping at Kroger in Cedartown, GA. It is a 25 mile drive for me, but I love a couple of the Mexican restaurants these. Plus tax is much cheaper than in Alabama.

4- Welchs Aqua Juice (2 .75 off coupons, and 2 B1G1 FREE)

I tried to use both the B1G1 FREE coupon as well as the .75 off 1 coupon for the Aqua Juice and the cashier said I couldn't do it. She said the manager was really firm about it and would not allow it. I also had the B2G1 FREE on the Crystal Light as well as $1/2 and she wouldn't let me combine those coupons either. Anyone else ever have this happen? Is this the typical policy on this? This was the first time I had tried to combine coupons so I wasn't sure if it could be done or not. I wasn't too upset about the Crystal Light - they're on sale right now at my Kroger for 3.99 (reg. $4.30) but still I could have saved so much more had I been able to combine the coupons.

IDK if its a policy or not i think it may just depend on the store. I used a B1G1 free Milkbone q, with a $1/2 milkbone treats in my trip with no problems. Idk bout the aqua juice but the crystal light they should have let you do, maybe its the manager being to picky..

Oh your post had me rolling in the floor! I am in St. Louis and my mother is in Oklahoma and my sisters in Texas. I am always telling them how much better they have it! Double coupons to a $1.00 for Ok and double and triple for TX I am jealous!
