The GC's are only sent to certain target markets, typically those where Publix wants to raise awareness about their pharmacy.

Word of advice (not to you in particular, to everyone): These cannot be used in conjunction with prescriptions paid for by ANY government programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, etc. as per state and federal laws which prohibit such promotions.
