Recently WAG had a deal on photo developing. (50 prints for $5). It expired yesterday. I needed 190+ pictures developed for a photo album I'm giving to someone. I took advantage of the sale to get all the prints I needed yesterday (the last day of the deal). I picked up my prints, took them home, looked at them and realized 15 of them are awful! Heads are chopped off (they weren't when I uploaded the) or they're blurry... My question is, if I bring in the 15 awful ones, will they redo them or reimburse me? Does anyone know if they have a policy on this?

at our WAG (even at SWM), you only pay for the pictures you like, no questions asked. try calling the store first and ask for their policy. I'm pretty sure they will tell you to just take it back and they'll either give you credit for the pics you don't want or if you prefer a refund, they might do that, too. Its worth asking, try that first

I dont know about wags but I know at walmart if you stand there and go through your pictures infront of them and tell them you dont want this one or that they deduct it from the total. Not sure what they do with the pictures though which now that I think about is kinda scarey since they keep your pics.

they shred the pics... my wife works as a photo manager.. and yes at time of purchase you may refuse some pics .. im sure they will try to redo them for you if you go back possibly even a refund?

If you uploaded them on their website, there is an option to have a smaller photo (I'm thinking no more than 1/2") for digital prints. I *love* that they finally have a solution instead of having to crop all the photos before sending an order.

don't expect them to be shredded immediately though because my wife at one point said something about having the store manager approve of them being shredded so probably only happens when they are removing very old pictures people never have picked up and they cant get a hold of... i'll ask her tomorrow how often etc the shred them..

You could always ask for the refund in the form of a GC too... that may give them some peace of mind that you are a loyal customer... food for thought. Good luck!

They shouldn't be shredding pictures anymore, they got rid of that policy a few months ago. They should put them into a DPI box (private information box, the same kind of box that your prescription information goes into), it gets sealed up and sent to the warehouse. Once at the warehouse it is incinerated.

you can do either. they will remake them if you resend or give your money back which every you want. people refused picture all the time. just take them back. good luck
