There was also a weird promotion where you buy $20 of participating products, get $5 off your grocery order. If you look at the ad, it seems like Pillsbury and Yoplait products are included (they are all in the purple box) - BUT on the coupon it does not list those items. I was really bummed because those are the two very items I would buy from this promotion! I have enough pancake mix for the next YEAR from the $30/$15 deal. I have enough cereal and Betty Crocker items as well. But yogurt we go through like water around here and crescent rolls/dinner breads too.

And don't forget the 68 cent deals that are on this week: 68 cents/lb for honeysuckle white frozen turkey breast, 68 cent Cub frozen veggies (16 oz pkg of corn, peas, beans, carrots or mixed veggies), 68 cent farm stand baby-cut carrots - 1 lb bag, 68 cent Cub crescent rolls (guess that's what I'm buying this week instead of Pillsbury!). Each of these is a limit of one.

Has anyone else noticed the fine print on the coupon for $5 off your order? It does not mention the Yoplait and/or the Pillsbury products - although they are in the same box as the rest. Anyone know what is up with that?

I agree! I am thinking about asking at customer service to see if they could try ringing up Pillsbury and Yoplait items to see if they do work. Maybe it was a misprint on the coupon? Of course, I would only do that at an "off" time. And I may not get there until late in the week as I have to work a lot this week. If anyone else gets a chance to do that, please come back and post here so we all know. I really would love to do some Pillsbury stuff. I may be going to Rainbow instead this week on Wednesday. If that's the case, Cub lost some of my business this week for those items! Rainbow has Pillsbury biscuits for 10/$10 and there are some qs out there that I can either double, or just get a really good deal on.

I was looking at the fine print to see what particular items qualified so I could go look for qs. BUT then I noticed that the items weren't there AT ALL! The deal is pretty much useless to me as well unless someone finds out it was a mis-print!

It's gotta be a miss print. THere is no way they can have the picture of it and then deny you the coupon when you go to use it.

I am fairly certain that if you went in there, ad in hand, and purchased Pillsbury and Yoplait items pictured in the ad, and the deal didn't work, that any reasonable manager that wants to keep your business will honor it.

The soup is on the coupon - but the yogurt isn't. However, like someone said - if you show the ad to the customer service person or the manager - I would THINK they would honor it. It is VERY misleading and just plain wrong, if it was done on purpose!

yes i bought yogart ,cereal and soup and all work ok . i went to service desk and asked and yes she after a while came and said all in the purple is included . now i only got yogart,cereal and soup . but i think anything in the purple will work just stated weird

I just have to say I went to Cub in White Bear Lake today and had the WORST experience!!! I will not elaborate, because ranting around here seems counter-productive. ( I have NEVER been so upset with a person in customer service...and I AM a person who works in customer service!!!)
I will just say that I will be shopping at the Forest Lake Cub from now on.
Although I DO have 13 boxes of cereal on my counter. - So, I guess I did ok...
My husband had to go back inside and "correct" the mistakes that the cashier made.
I still have to either go back to Cub, or email them to fix the other mistakes that the cashier made...
Ok, I will give you one example so you don't think I am a total lunatic...
I had a coupon (that I got from a tearpad from Cub in the banana aisle!!) that said if you bought Dole salad you could get 2 free pounds of Bananas....
So I go to the cashier with my dole salad and my two free pounds of bananas....
"These are the wrong brand of bananas...we usually switch between two brands of bananas...this coupon will not work."...
Me..."do you have Dole banana's?"
Her... "No...we don't right now."
Me..."Ok, what should we do?"
Her...."What SHOULD I do?"
Me..."ARGH!!!!!!"

Has anyone checked out what the deal is the the Ocean Spray? In the ad it says something about B2G free 5lb bag of grapefruit. It says see store for details. I'm planning on doing the free Ocean Spray deal at Target, but was thinking about getting a couple at Cub for the grapefruit. I'm hoping that it is a MF coupon they have instore and then I could just bring them over to Target and get both free, but that seems too good to be true.
