 FREE Food Lion Cocoa Puffs - Ends 1/27
I had next weeks ad 1/21 ad and left it at the store.But, I do remember that FL Cocoa Puffs will be on sale for $1.00. That means they will be FREEEEEE with the $1.00 FLIP.Can you say FREEEEEEE!!!! sounds like exactly what you'll do...hopefully, it will be more flavors than cocoa puffs..we don't do sweet cereals around here..but alas, usually the healthy ones are more spendy and they only give you the sugar..which is cheap..we'll see!

Mine are allowed the commercial cereals in the box once a week. They chose Saturdays. Every Saturday they go through a box of cereal. The rest of the week they eat oatmeal with an occasional egg or even more occasional bagel. Sunday is usually pancake or waffle day.
