anyone getting overage on Albies Mega Sale with Powerade + $.40 MFQ???

Powerade is in the Buy 10 get $5 instantly at register, making it $.50 before MFQ... I'm wondering how the registers are doubling the MFQ... since the last week- the Nestle instant $5 came off like a coupon and left the items I purchase at the sale price... this would be awesome if it was done the same way, cause that would mean $.30 overage on each Powerade!

Went to Albertson's tonight. The clerk said the mix and match items had to all be at the same price point to get the $5 off when you buy 10. Hadn't studied the ad and matched Qs, so just stuck with some of the .50 items that we would use. Went to pay and all 10 of the .50 items rang up at .50 each - you don't have to buy 10 to get the .50 price. Anyway, no overage on the Powerade Qs, just free.

In my ad- in fine print is says "Mix and Match all price points" and also says you can do 2 deals per transaction!

same happened for me as above, only I mixed and matched and everything rang up at the sale price! So I will be getting me some more Powerade Free is fine with me!!!

When I went to do the powerade deal, each one rang up $0.50 each, which when I used the $0.40 off coupon it just doubled and added $0.10. I didn't try to do all 10 in a transaction to see if they $5 would come off though..hmmm. LOL
