i saw that there is a $1 off coupon for any box of Food Lion cereal. Does anyone have a favorite of theirs? thanks

I stocked up on their raisin bran and rice krispies the last time this q was out. They were both pretty good IMO.

Do you know if they have any smaller boxes? (ie, to make them really cheap, ?) I could always stock up on bran, corn flakes, and rice krispies for baking!

most of their boxes are the standard 14-18 oz I think... I have only seen larger boxes of rice krispies or cheerio type cereal

I want to say they were around $2 a box. They were fairly inexpensive with the FLIP's we got last year I know that.

Well, my son loves the Capt Crunch version and my daughter loves the Rice Krispies one, so take that for what it's worth! LOL I don't eat much cereal, so I can't comment on it myself!

My kids love the Food Lion brand. My oldest even says that the F L Cookie Crisp are even better than the original.

well I'd say its good....
my DH eats about a box a day. So I started replacing the Kelloggs cereal with Food Lions brand. As the box would deplete I would refill it with the FL brand, or sometimes I would just replace the bag inside with the FL bag. My DH still doesnt know the difference.

My cousin has a neighbor who her husband will only eat Del Monte vegetables. So she dumps them in a washed out del monte can and he can't tell.

Before I started coupon shopping, I used to buy their version of Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds all the time. I actually liked it better than the original.

My boys like the FL honey nut toastee oo's or whatever they call them. my boys call them funny nut cheerios.

At my store they are 2.42/box. Raisin Bran Crunch is definately very good. It is also high in sugar.

My daughter loves the Apple Dapple
