I love my managers at foodlion! So I go back to strike again with the Detergent, Wipes and the scott tolite paper. The manager walks up to me and says if you want instead of doing multible transactions for the foodlion coupons, We can ring all of the items up at once and I will overide the coupons to go threw! OMG! I am so friggin excited I almost wanted to clear their shelves! But I did not because that would not be fair, But I did warn him I would be back Tues night before the sale ended. He said no problem!

So here is what I bought tonight

I got 4 totes 1 from being the other night ( Management did not know about the coupon for them and assumed the would ring out once mvp and scott scanned together, but it did not work so they had to void the 0.99 and just gave me the bags. ( As I am walking out the door I hear ok you better bring those bags with you next time! I will be checking. LOL!

i just went to food lion, my bill was over 200, i think it was about $205. i gave my coupons and then my mvp card, and my total bill was $129.

not too bad for the first time.

Hubby stopped for a quick trip yesterday and got some really good coupons: $2.50 off next purchase, $2.00 off next snacks and chips purchase of $8.00 or more, Free 1 doz LG white eggs max value $1.99 and tBone dogs treats (don't have coupon infront of me w/ details)

He bought 5 Kraft BBQ Sauce, 1 A1 Marinade, 2 bags Utz corn chips, bread and soda. I will be using the other coupons today

Interesting...I bought 4 Kraft BBQ, 2 Kraft Salad Dressing, 2 A1, 2 Bar S hotdogs and a few other items and all I got was $1 off 1 package (any variety) BallPark hotdogs. Darn it!!!

I had a great Food Lion trip today, i got 4 pkgs of Chinet Lunch plates, 3 pkgs of Chinet napkins, 1 Edy's ice cream, 1 kraft BBQ sauce, 1 Velvet shells and chesse, and 1 Kraft salad dressing for $2.22 with tax. I am starting to like shopping at Food Lion again. I like to thank all the ladies in the Food Lion forum for help with my trip. Ya really know how to shop.

I had a big shopping trip today. My total before coupons and MVP was about $165. After my FLIPS, coupons, and MVP my total was 80 dollars!

Some of the better deals were:

2 $1.50 off 1 Kraft dressing. They were 16 cents after the Q. Then I used the $2 off produce with the purchase of two Kraft products Q to buy a 5 pound bag of potatoes after the Q they were only $1.49.

3 Chinet Lunch Plates (36ct) FREE

3 Chinet napkins FREE plus 19 cents overage each

Tyson Frozen bagged chicken products are on sale from $6.99 to 3.99. I used 2 of the $1 off 1 coupons and paid $2.99 each for chicken nuggets and chicken tenders.

Bounty Basic single rolls are on sale at 10 for $10. I had a 3 coupons for $1 off 2 making them 50 cents each!

Close out on pouches of pizza crust 69 cents.

12 candy bars FREE plus 1 cent overage each.

6 packs of Mentos Gum $1 off 1. They were 89 cents each. FREE plus 11 cents overage.

Food Lion Tortilla Chips on sale for 1.79 I used the $2 off 2 FLIP and paid 79 cents each.

**I still have the bad habit of picking things up. Although 80 dollars is great for two weeks of groceries compared to what I used to spend, it would have been lower if I would have stuck to my list.

***The Catalina machine was not working. I will be receiving my coupons in the mail. I bought 10 qualifying FL items. I think that means $4 dollars? I love getting Q's in the mail!
