Tonight, I tried to use about 20 qs for BC potatoes and it stopped doubling half way thru. I was watching was the only reason I would have known. I said to take the taters that were over the limit back off my order. The manager kept saying "There's no limit. Its just not doubling" and wanting me to keep them. She just didn't get the fact that I didn't want them w/ out double qs working.
So remember--watch the register and don't go over your "no limit, just not doubling"

At what point (number of like q's) did it stop doubling?


We have one Kroger here that only doubles 10 like q's but no limit on how many total will be doubled.

Another has no limit on the doubling of like q's

IDK. I think it quit at 10 or 12 of the like qs. I didn't have a problem w/ doing lots of qs, just like qs. I should have made a mental note of it.

If you can figure out what the magical number was/is... then that's how many like q's they will double too. Just make a mental note for future reference and break up your orders or make seperate trips to the store if you can.

My store is 4 I believe. I issues with that with the yeast. I asked the cashier girl before hand how many q's before it stops doubling and she looked at me like "huh?" and said she had to ring it all up & then I wanted her to just try some of my coupons & she said she had to do all & then when they all didn't go she tried to say I had used too many q's. I only had less than 20! I nicely & firmly told her that is my I asked beforehand and why couldn't she but it in manually. Guess what Wow she could! I guess some people don't want to work too hard!

I'm by no means an expert on this subject, But from my experience's with my Kroger.

There's not really a set limit to the amount of coupons you can use, But I can tell you that Kroger's does have a set limit on doubling like coupons.

I'm only allowed to double up to 8 like coupons here.

So when I go shopping at my Kroger's I keep this in mind, and it help's.

Try asking the SM about the coupon usage policy for your store and the limit (how many will double).
