There's a deal on Pampers listed in the shopping list. I can't find any other info on it. I don't remember a gift card deal at Lowes before. Is this correct?

Yes, I listed it in the shopping list because it was in the full ad online, but it is not in the short form paper ad that comes out. It is on page 7 of the ad at Lowestogo.com. I was a bit surprised too!

The details are:
Buy 2 big boxes of Pampers, 50-100 ct (which are $20.99 this week) and receive a coupon for a free Lowes $10 gift card. Limit one per order.

I went to do this deal tonight and I did get my gift card, but not without some trouble.

Apparently, the ad is a misprint. It's supposed to be an instant $10 off the regular price of $25.99 when you buy two. That's where the $20.99 sale price comes from. I (very politely) pointed out that the ad says that the $10 GC is in addition to the sale price. The manager said "Yes, that's what it says, but that's not what we meant." However, he said that the Lowes Food powers-that-be sent an email explaining the problem. If people ask, they are supposed to give the GC. So if you want to do this deal, be prepared to meet a little resistance.

One more thing--I found a few P&G "Holiday Dough" Gift Check offer forms on my trip tonight. It's buy $25, get a $5 gift check; buy $35, get a $10 gift check. I have two extras for the first two people to PM me!

You can use them for your $50.00 worth of P&G products, get $120 worth of P&G coupons if you already did the dough rebate.. that's what I'm going to do.
