I tried doing the Aleve deal tonight. I bought 3 @ $4.99 ea and used two $1 IPs. I was suppose to get a $4 RR back but didn't. The cashier asked the manager and the only thing they could guess was the IP's messed it up. They asked if I wanted to return them and I did so Im not out anything but I thought I'd ask for future reference... can q's mess up the RR's?

ive never heard where the coupons mess up anything. Ive never had that happen at all. Its really weird. You should have tried without the coupons to see if it even printed one out and to see if the deal was maybe messed up etc.

Sounds to me like the Cat machine was out of paper, jammed, or wasn't on. Always have them open the cat machine and advance the paper before you leave. AT least you were smart enough not to leave without a refund and your coupons! Happy holidays and better luck next time.

I didn't think of that until I had already left. I'm wondering if I picked up the wrong size on one of the boxes. I know I've used q's on items when I get RR's back and never had a problem.

I know it was on and working because my next transaction, 3 $2 RR's printed just fine. Thanks for the suggestion though. Had I not made another transaction, I wouldn't have thought of that.
